About the CSED Research Group

The Computational SE and Data (CSED) research group is part of the Computer Science and Engineering department at the University of California, Merced. We are a passionate team dedicated to exploring the intersections of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and data-driven educational research.

Our mission is to build intelligent, scalable, and collaborative software systems that solve real-world problems. We leverage cutting-edge AI and machine learning techniques to automate complex processes, from forming effective student teams to generating pedagogical tools that enhance learning.
